Coaching for Executives and the Management Team

Organisations need effective leaders at every level if they are to survive and grow in an increasingly complex and competitive world.

Leaders within organisations need an expanding repertoire of skills and abilities to deal with change such as new technology, changing markets, global issues and customer expectations.

Individuals find it difficult to observe and evaluate their own performance and behaviour, especially at work.

At times a confidential sounding board is needed to listen and challenge, provide leads or information and support personal development for effective leadership.

An Executive Coach can facilitate new insights, clarify development priorities and assist in the achievement of more effective outcomes.

Who Needs Coaching?
Executives and managers at all levels with ability and potential who require:
Assimilation assistance into a new position and/or organisation.
Career Transition and evaluation for an alternate role inside or outside the organisation.
Assistance with a range of behaviours and skills to deal with higher level challenges.

The Coaching Process
